Thank you for choosing Lingua Glossa House Of Fragrance LLC. We take great care in preparing and shipping each fragrance order. Please review our Shipping Policy below for important information regarding order processing, delivery timelines, and shipping requirements.
Order Processing
All fragrance orders are processed within three to five days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 pm will be processed the following business day.
If an order cannot be shipped within the stated processing timeframe, you will be notified promptly and given the option to cancel for a full refund, in accordance with New Jersey consumer protection laws.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Due to the nature of fine fragrances, which contain alcohol and are classified as flammable materials, certain shipping methods or destinations may be restricted. All shipments comply with applicable carrier and transportation regulations.

We currently ship to:

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
While we strive for timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or regulatory requirements related to fragrance transportation.
If your order arrives damaged, is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or appears lost, please contact us at linguaglossafragrance@gmail.com within three days of delivery or expected delivery. We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Lingua Glossa House Of Fragrance LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Cancellations Due to Shipping Delays
If your order cannot be shipped within the timeframe promised at checkout—or within 30 days if no specific timeframe was provided—you may cancel your order for a full refund, consistent with New Jersey law.
